Your feet have over 200,000 nerve endings, four layers of muscle, and account for more than a quarter of the bones in your body. It’s time to show them some love. And your legs? They carry you place to place each day, allowing you to do the things that matter most. They deserve care, too.Join us on April 4th for a Myofascial Release Workshop for the Legs & Feet — a grounding, restorative experience designed to bring more ease and mobility into your lower body.
You’ll receive a brief overview of what fascia is and why tending to it can help relieve pain, improve function, and enhance overall body awareness. Most of our time will be spent exploring gentle, accessible techniques that help release tension and create more space in your hardworking legs and feet.
This workshop is all-levels friendly—no yoga experience required. All you need to bring is yourself and a yoga mat (we have extras if needed).
Free afterward? Join us at Sweet Wife following the workshop for a bite to eat, coffee, or tea.
