About this Event
Join us for a discussion of the importance of bike fitting– from improving efficiency and aerodynamics to finding positions that keep you happy and healthy for long rides. Beth will cover anatomy, muscle physiology, where power comes from and some pelvic health considerations. We’ll touch on common injuries and some off-bike movement strategies to help you ride stronger and longer.
