Join us for a morning dedicated to connecting with your body, mind, and soul through heart-centered practices and energetic expansion. Perfectly timed two weeks before Thanksgiving, this gathering invites you to channel love and gratitude, setting intentions for the season ahead.
9 AM - Yoga
We begin with a gentle hatha, heart-opening yoga flow designed to awaken your body, align your breath, and cultivate self-awareness. We’ll recognize the abundance already present in our lives through intention and mindful movement that supports our whole being.
Cacao Ceremony
Following yoga, immerse we will experience in the sacred tradition of cacao. Ashley, who has been guiding cacao gatherings in Nicaragua all year, will lead a deeply connective and inviting meditation to welcome this “food of the gods” into our bodies, opening our heart chakras even further. This ceremony will be a time for reflection, gratitude, and sharing as we gather in community.
Ecstatic Dance
We close the morning with ecstatic dance, moving freely to the rhythms that invite you to express your authentic self. Dance is an opportunity to release any emotional blockages, and perfectly follows a cacao circle, allowing you to tap into both the radiant energy of the full moon (yes, this event coincides with the full moon!) and the love within and around you. Feel the joy, freedom, and connection as you flow in movement with others in a safe, supportive space.
