Facilitators:

Serita Valmond is a Master Certified Coach based in Milwaukee, WI specializing in Chronic Pain, an award-winning author, and recipient of the RISE Mental Health Award from the former Milwaukee County Substance Abuse & Prevention Coalition. As a survivor of a drunk driving incident that left her enduring chronic pain plus multiple diagnosis, taking 15 medications daily, along with being bedridden while navigating a fractured healthcare system, Serita embarked on a personal journey to holistic pain management. Drawing from her own experience, she now empowers others through coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements around the world. Through tailored plans, Serita educates individuals on the significance of nutrition, stress management, rest, mental healing from trauma and more. Her approach helps individuals and communities reconnect with their intuition, enabling them to discover effective strategies for their unique lifestyles. Serita also shares words of encouragement daily on the WJMR Jammin 98.3 segment "That's What She Said.”

Tanisha Naughton is a Public Speaker and women’s wellness empowerment retreat host. I help modern day busy working women that are burnt out learn how inner child play and nourishing choices can have an effect on their overall well-being and happiness by creating sacred spaces for them to heal their mind, body and soul. By doing this I will show women how to fall back in love with themselves in simple, holistic ways to rediscover who they are.
