My Little Love Sound Bath – Valentine’s Special
A gentle, heart-centred sound experience created to celebrate love, connection, and togetherness between mother & baby.
This cosy, in-person session invites you and your little one to slow down, cuddle up and enjoy a shared moment of calm. Using soft, soothing sounds such as crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes and calming instruments, the session supports relaxation, emotional regulation and a sense of safety for both babies and mothers.
With a Valentine’s theme woven throughout, this experience focuses on love in its purest form - kindness, connection, and presence. There is no pressure for babies to be still or quiet; they are free to relax, move gently, feed or simply listen in their own way while parents rest alongside them.
