On Saturday, May 9 at 1:30 PM, we’ll be hosting a Barre3 class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body through intentional, low-impact movement. This class blends strength training, flexibility, and mindfulness, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and recharged.
Whether you’re new to Barre or a regular, this session is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and fun, set in a space that encourages connection and feel-good energy.
After class, take a moment to connect with others in the community and enjoy the post-workout glow together.
