Muster Point Wellness – Reset & Connect
Join us for a small, practical wellness session designed to bring people together around one shared purpose: supporting veteran and first responder mental health.
Hosted by Pulling Together for Mental Health, this event is about stepping back, resetting, and connecting with others in a simple, meaningful way.
What to Expect
Part 1 – Reset (60 mins)
A guided session led by Sachin Sudra focused on:
- Light mobility and stretching
- Breathwork and nervous system regulation
- Simple tools to help manage stress and reset
No experience needed. This is not about performance or flexibility. It’s about practical tools you can actually use.
Part 2 – Connect (60 mins)
After the session, we shift into a relaxed, informal space:
- Mimosas, kombucha, and light pastries
- Time to connect with others across the community
- No agenda, just good conversation
Who It’s For
Anyone who believes in supporting veteran and first responder mental health.
Whether you are part of that community or simply want to be around it, this is an opportunity to connect, share space, and build relationships across Calgary.
Why This Matters
At Pulling Together, we believe mental health starts with two things:
wellness and connection.
This event is about both.
