Welcome to the Chocolates-Making Workshop!
Spend a fun and delicious morning learning how to make your own beautiful chocolates from scratch! This beginner-friendly workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the world of fine chocolate in a relaxed, professional kitchen setting.
What to Expect:
• Intro to Chocolate: Learn the fundamentals of working with chocolate, including how to temper it properly for a smooth, glossy finish and satisfying snap.
• Create Your Own:
• Mold and shell your own chocolate bonbons, then fill them with rich, ready-made salted caramel ganache.
• Make delicate chocolate mendiants — simple, elegant chocolate disks topped with nuts, fruit, or other classic garnishes.
• Take Home: Package your creations to enjoy or gift.
