It is a medium-high intensity class. that works different dance styles and movements, depending on the style of the song. This class aims to educate attendees in different movements, salsa styles and the way music is interpreted, while improving their coordination and musical ear.
This is one of the most requested classes and most difficult to find since it is more important to know a dance step or learn a movement. It is knowing at what moment in the song it can be introduced and with what technique and speed to keep up with the rhythm of the song.
