Musical Chairs! And All That JazzKye Marshall/DonThompson Jazz Duo

This concert will feature Kye Marshall, cellist and composer with Canada's foremost jazz pianist Don Thompson performing Great American Songbook standards along with compositions written by Kye from one of her four Cds. Proceeds from this concert will go towards the purchase of new chairs for the Heliconian Club.
Marshall’s numerous eclectic compositions have been performed widely in Canada and Europe including her opera Pomegranate performed by the Canadian Opera Company June/23 to sold out crowds and rave reviews.
Thompson is a Canadian jazz legend. He has won multiple awards, is a Member of the Order of Canada, and is a multi-instrumentalist who has performed worldwide with jazz greats like Paul Desmond and George Shearing.
The concert will be followed by a Meet and Greet reception.
