Musical Breathwork Journey with Elias Doré

What to expect:

After a short introduction, we'll dive together into a breathing journey that's facilitated by the groove and rhythm of specifically curated music and sounds. If you have no experience with breathwork, you can let yourself be guided by my voice and clear signals in the music that help distinguish the different phases. The more you surrender to your breath, the deeper the experience becomes. The format combines circular breathing, breath retention and meditation. After a short introduction, the breathing journey begins and is facilitated by the groove and rhythm of specifically curated music and sounds. The journey is divided into two major parts. First, phases of circular breath interchange with moments of breath retention and relaxation. In the second half, the flow is more free and open - giving space to the participants to let their body and breath guide them. In this part, the music oscillates between the back- and foreground, leaving space for exploration and individual processes. Afterwards, the journey winds down into a gentle landing at the end.

In the process, emotions or insights may arise and a blissful clarity of mind usually sets in. It can also help to relieve stress and pressure, facilitate access to more subconsciously held or stuck emotions and thoughts..

Or sometimes it might also just feel very good and help to ground yourself at the end of a long day.

What's a musical breathwork journey?

This format is my personal approach to breathwork and music, combining elements of the Wimhof method, holotropic breath and meditation. I like to keep the experience as personal and individually open as possible for everyone, so there won't be any lectures on metaphysical topics or interpretations of what's to come or has happened - it is your experience and I see myself mostly as a space holder and musical facilitator.

The music for the journey will be different for each session.

Where & What to Bring:

The Session will be held inside UHU Nest which is a protected space and has everything we need (Blankets, Water, Yoga Mats etc.). Please bring comfortable clothes to lie down and sit. If possible and desired for you, please also bring your own blanket.

I have been practicing music in one way or another for most of my life and have delved deeper into breathwork in the past years, developing my own approach somewhere between Wimhof, holotropic breath and musical meditation. I am a certified facilitator for Hero's Journeys and have backgrounds in Gestalt- and Musical Therapy.

Was Dich erwartet:

Nach einer kurzen Einführung tauchen wir gemeinsam in eine Atemreise ein, die durch den Groove und den Rhythmus von speziell ausgewählter Musik und Klängen unterstützt wird. Wenn du noch keine Erfahrung mit Atemarbeit hast, kannst du dich von meiner Stimme und klaren Signalen in der Musik leiten lassen, die helfen, die verschiedenen Phasen zu unterscheiden. Je mehr du dich deinem Atem hingibst, desto tiefer wird die Erfahrung. Phasen intensiverer Atmung wechseln sich ab mit Momenten des Innehaltens und der Entspannung. Progressiv entwickelt sich die Reise zu einem Höhepunkt um danach am Ende in einer sanften Landung auszuklingen. Dabei können Gefühle oder Einsichten in dir auftauchen, sie müssen es aber auch nicht - es kann sich auch einfach nur richtig gut und entspannend anfühlen! 😊 Am besten kommst du ohne zu viele Erwartungen.

Was ist eine musikalische Atemreise?

Dieses Format ist mein persönlicher Zugang zur Verbindung von Breathwork und Musik, der Elemente der Wimhof-Methode, des holotropen Atems und der Meditation kombiniert. Ich möchte die Erfahrung für jeden so persönlich und individuell offen wie möglich halten, daher wird es keine Vorträge über metaphysische Themen oder Interpretationen dessen, was kommen wird oder geschehen ist, geben - es ist deine Erfahrung und ich sehe mich hauptsächlich als Raumhalter und musikalischer Facilitator.

Die Musik für die Reise wird bei jeder Sitzung unterschiedlich sein.

Location

Die Sitzung findet im UHU Nest statt, das ein geschützter Raum ist und alles hat, was wir brauchen (Decken, Wasser, Yogamatten usw.). Bitte bring bequeme Kleidung zum Liegen und Sitzen mit, sowie wenn möglich eine eigene Decke.

Ich habe den Großteil meines Lebens auf die eine oder andere Weise Musik praktiziert und mich in den letzten Jahren immer mehr mit Atemarbeit beschäftigt, wobei ich meinen eigenen Ansatz entwickelt habe, der irgendwo zwischen Wimhof, holotropem Atem und musikalischer Meditation liegt. Ich bin zertifizierter Facilitator für Hero's Journeys, habe ein Ausbildung in Gestalttherapie und bin Musiktherapeut i.A.
