Come and join Laura to dance dance dance! The class will be based on learning a fun routine to a brand new song perfect for your summer soundtrack!
Laura is a dance fitness presenter and trainer for Les Mills and is just into her 20th year of teaching group fitness classes!
She used to teach Zumba and Sh'bam and now teaches Les Mills Dance and choreographs to her own music too!
The track is one of Laura's own and is a blend of dancepop and house (think Becky Hill or Ella Henderson), the choreography will be broken down so that it is easy to learn and may include a formation or two to make it feel like you're in the actual music video! Laura will guide you through the warm up to popular chart hits to prepare you and the routine will be broken down so everyone can learn the moves and have fun!
