About this Event
Guests are warmly invited to arrive from 6:30 pm, when the doors open. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful Leighton House Museum and enjoy the garden before the concert begins. The concert will start at 7:00 pm and will include a 30-minute interval. A welcome drink (champagne) will be served to guests upon arrival and during interval. About the Pavel Kushnir Scholarship
This concert is organised by the Pavel Kushnir Scholarship. All proceeds from the evening support scholarships for young musicians.

List of performers:
Mikhail Shilyaev, piano — Piano Professor at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. Bronze Medal winner at Vianna da Motta International Piano Competition in Lisbon.
Sasha Grynyuk, piano — First prize winner at the Grieg and BNDES International Piano Competitions. Featured as a ‘Rising Star’ by both BBC Music Magazine and International Piano Magazine.
Yuri Zhislin, violin — Professor of violin and viola at the Royal College of Music; BBC Radio 2 Young Musician of the Year (1993); Artistic Director of the Apollon International Arts Festival in Cyprus (2014).
Eve Kim, voice — Royal College of Music student. Performed as a soloist at VIPA Festival (Valencia) and Music Fest Perugia, and under conductor Hun Jung Lim.
Ivanna Oliinyk, cello — Royal Academy of Music student. Became a member of National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain in 2023, performed in BBC Proms in Royal Albert Hall.
Nikita Demidenko, piano — Royal College of Music student, London Symphony Orchestra scholar. Founder of the Forgotten Melodies Society.
Petr Limonov, piano — Winner of the Nikolai Rubinstein Piano Competition.
Edward Tait, composer and piano — Royal Academy of Music student. Recipient of the Tim Stevenson Prize for Outstanding Composition. 1st Prize winner in the Composition category at the Tiziano Rossetti International Music Competition.
Dina Parakhina, piano— Piano Professor at the Royal College of Music, toured with the BBC Philharmonic in Germany and Spain.
Yuri Torchinsky, violin — Violin professor at the Royal Northern College of Music and Leader of the BBC Philharmonic.
