About this Event
Join us weekly on Tuesdays for WEST Side Fireflies, a FREE early childhood music program that introduces toddlers and preschoolers to sound and play through the Earth, Wind, and Fire songbook. This Winter session features teaching artist Shanta Nurullah and Zahra Baker.
We’re excited to be back in partnership with A House in Austin to offer this program to our west side families! It’s an incredible cross-generational experience— so bring the whole family! Come ready to jam, dance, sing, rumble, and bubble with us! 🥰

Music Moves Chicago (MMC) is Old Town School of Folk Music's a place-based, youth-focused, intergenerational initiative that aims to inspire, restore, and transform communities by providing access to high quality arts education, concerts, and workforce readiness through partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other institutions located in South and West side neighborhoods.
*This program is most suitable for children ages 1-5, but all age groups are welcome to participate.
