Our Creative Expression Music Group offers participants the opportunity to form new connections using the naturally uplifting properties of music. Music has been proven to therapeutically improve mental health and wellbeing.
You don’t need a background in music to experience its beneficial effects. The program is designed to foster natural expression and improve communication skills. Activities include:

• Making and Exploring various Musical Instruments
• Sound and Music making
• Song Writing
• Singing and Vocalising if you enjoy singing
• Movement and Mindfulness
• Listening to music
• Discussing music
