Dr. Kate Raynes-Goldie is an internationally awarded connection designer, PhD-trained business anthropologist, LEGO® Serious Play® Specialist and the Creator of SUPERCONNECT®. She's also the co-founder of The Up Next Company has a long running innovation column in the Business News. Originally born in Canada to Kiwi parents, Kate's spoken around the globe, including at SXSW (in both hemispheres), TheWebConf (formally the WWW conference) and TEDxPerth. Her work has been featured on Triple J's Hack, MTV, and in The Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald, ELLE magazine and the WA Museum. Kate is also a proud accredited Mental Health First Aider and Fremantle Chamber of Commerce member.
Matt Willson is an award winning mindset coach, business improvement specialist and Co-Founder of The Up Next Company. By combining his backgrounds in mental health, human connection, business improvement and strategy, Matt enables people and organisations to achieve their best, become more resilient and connect to their vision and purpose. Matt is an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor, coach, keynote speaker and Certified Facilitator of LEGO®Serious Play® and the world's only SUPERCONNECT® Certified Professional. He is on the executive committee of a number of charities and not for profits, including Black Dog on a Lead and the Beeliar Community Association. He is also the Vice Chair of the Cockburn Multicultural Reference Group. Matt was the City of Cockburn’s Citizen of the Year in 2022 and was a finalist for the 2023 Western Australian Mental Health Awards.
