Music Bingo is a fun twist on traditional bingo that combines music, games, and a lively social atmosphere. Instead of numbers being called, songs are played.

About: Experience a night of world-class musicianship as Jalan Crossland joins forces with Cary Morin & Ghost Dog at The Park on Friday, May 8. Jalan Crossland, a nationally acclaimed Wyoming artist, brings award-winning guitar work, sharp songwriting, and an unforgettable stage presence shaped by years of sharing stages with legends like Robert Earl Keen and Taj Mahal. Paired with him, Cary Morin & Ghost Dog deliver a high-energy blend of roots rock, blues, and Americana, led by Morin’s internationally recognized fingerstyle guitar and soulful vocals that have earned praise from NPR and stages like the Kennedy Center.
Here’s how Music Bingo at The Local works:
1. Bingo Cards – Each player gets a bingo card filled with song titles, artists, or themes instead of numbers. Cards are usually randomized so each person has a different set. Song name will be displayed on TV screen.
2. Music Rounds – We’ll plays short clips (about 30 seconds to 1 minute) of songs. Players listen and mark off the matching song on their card if it appears. We'll play 4 rounds, starting every 30 min. Games will start at approximately, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, & 6:30.
3. Winning – Just like normal bingo, the goal is to complete a pattern (a line, four corners, blackout, etc.). When someone thinks they’ve won, they shout “Bingo!” and the we’ll check their card.
4. Themes – Music bingo often has themes, such as 80s hits, country, movie soundtracks, one-hit wonders, or holiday music.
5. Prizes & Fun – All Winners will receive a sticker of their choice and their name in a drawing for tickets to a show at the 707 Nightlife. The game naturally encourages singing along, dancing, and a party-like atmosphere.
