Better to know what it's like to find yourself nervous and unready at this stage than on one that takes a lot more organisation to reach.
At our open mic we encourage the musically talented or those penning their own poems to come forward and take on the spotlight try their piece and have it heard by a fresh pair of ears.
No restriction on minimum/maximum age to participate nor restriction on genre/language of your piece. Each performer can perform any number of poems/musical pieces within 6 minutes.
