Music & Movement is an upbeat, supportive class designed for the neurodivergent and all abilities community.
We blend:
• Dance-based movement
• Stretching and coordination
• Rhythm and guided breathing
• Social connection through movement
Students build confidence, body awareness, and emotional regulation tools in a structured, encouraging environment.
Every class ends in our aerial hammocks for deep relaxation. The gentle swaying helps the nervous system settle and reset before heading back into the world.
