Join us at VOLV Fitness this Memorial Day as we come together for one of our most meaningful traditions—Murph.Murph is a hero workout completed in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and all who have served.
The Workout:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Optional: Wear a weighted vest (20/14 lb)
This workout is designed to challenge you—but it’s also designed to be completed together. Scaling options will be available for all fitness levels, so whether it’s your first Murph or a yearly tradition, you belong here.
We’ll be running 6 weeks of Murph Prep leading up to the event to help you build the strength, stamina, and confidence to take it on.
