About this Event
Join me, Jake Rushton at Metro KC Fitness for a Memorial Day workout! The Murph is an annual workout dedicated to a fallen soldier and we have the honor in putting in a little work and sweat to remember. The workout consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and another 1 mile run. If you can't do all or some of these things, THATS OK! Come as you are, do your best, and we will have some suggestions for alternative movements. Lets get better together!
This is to show my gratefulness to all of my past, current, and future clients as a Realtor. People who have shown support and bought into what I do mean more to me than anything, I am very appreciative! Please join me for a quick workout at 830 am before your day starts! This will be followed by some food and drinks!
