Join us for five intentional Monday evening MURMURRs, full of connection, movement, and playtime in the park. Together, we’ll explore peacebuilding within self & community through yoga, authentic expression, nature, shared art and meaningful conversations.

📍 Location: Playground @ Winn Park (Free street parking)
MURMURRs are in-person activations of an emerging community-building game called (((SHHH))). These experiences honor the wisdom of slowing down in our fast-paced world, getting quiet & creating space for deeper listening to our bodies, each other, and the earth that holds us. MURMURR events weave together ancient practices with revolutionary approaches to embodiment and community, fostering resilience and connection through shared exploration and play.
Weekly Flow May Include:
- 🌱 Yoga, play & movement games with Stephy Joy
- 🌿 Learning about our local ecosystem and tending the land (including pulling invasive plants) with Josh Wayne and friends!
- 💬 Empathy Circles (active listening + nonviolent communication practices)
- 🎲 Improvisational games, dance parties & song circles
- 🌅 Closing together as the sunsets
Special Closing Gathering:
On the 5th week, October 20th, we’ll celebrate with a community potluck candlelight picnic

Bring: a yoga mat or blanket, water, and a dish to share on the last session if you’d like. We will likely be migrating to different spaces in the park, plan accordingly!
