Mums Connected is a warm, welcoming space for mums to connect, chat, and feel supported — because no mum should feel like she’s doing it alone.
Join us in Stretford, Greater Manchester for a relaxed, baby-friendly session that’s free to attend and includes:

Each month we welcome a different guest expert, covering topics that matter to mums — from fitness, wellbeing and money-saving tips to work, maternity rights, self-care, and more.
There’s no pressure to share and no expectation to stay the whole time. Come as you are, enjoy a brew, and connect with other local mums.

We’re so excited to welcome Becci, wellbeing facilitator and founder of Beyond Mama CIC 💛
Becci supports mums with their emotional wellbeing through trauma-informed sessions, group coaching and meditation. Her work gently helps mothers navigate anxiety, overwhelm and mum guilt, while reconnecting with who they are beyond motherhood 🌿
She creates warm, supportive and non-judgemental spaces where mums can pause, reflect and feel less alone in their experiences 💛
