Move mum and baby mindfully building stability, flexibility and strength in these classes with bonding for mum and baby at the heart.
About this Event

This class is perfect for new Mum’s who are feeling ready for a little gentle movement and would like to be able to bring their babies along.

We will use a gentle sequence of postures to support your body to move mindfully building stability, flexibility and strength, there will be space and time to get the babies involved should you wish to.

The classes start on Tuesday 12th September at 13.00 and finish around 14.00 and continue until christmas break at Muma Nurture hub, you can book individual sessions or a block of 6 at a reduced price.

Please feel free to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before to allow you time to sort baby and not feel rushed.

During the session you can tend to your baby as and when needed so feel free to feed, change or play as you need to.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water but there are some available to use if you don't have your own or would rather not to have the hassle.

These sessions are designed with mum in mind , knowing that baby will be there too. If you have any questions or queries please contact us.

Please know you are welcome however old of active your baby is, the session can be adapted to accommodate them without you needing to worry or miss out.
