What is it and what are the rules?
1. 1v1 style tournament. 3 rounds, best of 3
2. Your deck must contain exactly 60 Cards inc your commander
3. You may have a sideboard of up to 15 cards
4. Your commander must be an uncommon creature (it doesn't have to be legendary).
Some rares may be considered as commanders with approval first.
5. The color identity of your deck is based on the mana symbols in your commander's mana cost and rules text.
6. Only one copy of each card is allowed, with the exception of basic lands and cards where you can have any number of them in your deck, like Persistent Petitioners.
7. Only cards that have received a printing at common are allowed, with the exception of basic land cards, yes, this includes snow covered wastes.
8. 25 Starting life
9. No commander damage
10. Banned Cards:
- All cards with Conspiracy card type
- All silver bordered/Acorn cards
- All Monarch and Initiative related cards
- Rhystic Study
- Mystic Remora
- Tempest Efreet
- Esior, Wardwing Familiar
- Imprisoned in the Moon

- Loyal Apprentice
- Rograkh, Son of Rohgah
- Treasure Cruise

- Gut, True soul zealot
* Vehicles are now permitted to be used as commanders
