Mom Said Yes: Rest & Reconnect Night
We’re creating a gentle pause from the world, a return to softness, rest, and the tender parts of you that still want to feel held.
This is a cozy, slow paced evening designed to help you reconnect with your inner child through comfort, presence, and deep nervous system rest. Think the magic of childhood sleepovers, minus the pressure to perform. Just warmth, ease, and being.
You’ll arrive in your comfiest pajamas and be welcomed into a softly lit, nostalgic space created for women in Los Angeles to rest and reconnect together.
The evening will include:
? Journaling & reflective prompts to gently meet your inner tender self guided by your MSY host Ella
? Soft connection time with other women (no forced sharing only what feels right)
? Cozy grounding moments to help you unwind and settle into your body
? A 90-minute guided sound bath, breathwork, meditation & reflection led by Renee Morales, designed to calm the nervous system and create emotional spaciousness

Yes to the parts of you that were taught to grow up too fast.

Renee is a Sound & Breathwork Practitioner based in LA. Sound baths offer a meditative experience with vibrations and frequencies designed to relax and align your mind, body, and soul. It’s an invitation to soothe the nervous system, unplug from outside distractions, and enter into deeper states of relaxation. During the session, she'll guide you on a journey inward using a variety of healing instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes and more, leading you towards inner peace, rejuvenation, and self discovery!
