Who doesn't love a fresh jar of homemade jam? This will be a hands on food preservation class making canned rhubarb orange jam in the fairgrounds community building kitchen. This program is free and led by Karen Fifield through MSU Extension. All ingredients and kitchen tools will be supplied. Registration is limited to 15 participants.
