About this Event
Moving Well is a gentle welcoming movement session for adults focused on everyday resilience and calm. The sessions are designed to support mental wellbeing, physical confidence, and social connection.
Join Plymouth Dance and Take A Part in a space giving you the chance to feel more settled and connected in your body. No previous experience is needed.
Sessions are free of charge and will take place fortnightly at the East End Development Trust.
These sessions have been made possible thanks to support from the Rank Foundation and are organised by Take A Part in collaboration with Plymouth Dance and partner organisations in the East End of Plymouth.
