Moving Together is an invitation to reconnect with your body through movement, curiosity, and play.

Through guided movement practices, improvisation, and creative exploration, we will awaken the body, expand our awareness, and discover new possibilities for expression.

Rooted in curiosity and presence, this workshop invites participants to explore the relationship between movement, imagination, and connection—to themselves, to others, and to the space around them.

Open to all levels. No previous dance experience is needed.
