Moving through Unprocessed emotions

This is a journaling event that will last for two days.

Take this time out to innerstand yourself a little bit better. Sometimes we get to busy to sit with ourselves sometimes we avoid it all together and etc. Lets work together discover truths about ourselves and how were truly feeling.

No judgement is allowed we are all healing.

Here's the agenda

October 21st @ 2:00pm- 5:00pm

Is the day of your assignment. Make sure to bring a journal and something to write with or even your computer or phone(google docs and etc). I will be giving you a list of questions and it is your assignment to answer atleast some of these questions before our next visit. The event WILL NOT last until 5 but for you it will and maybe even longer. Remember this is time for you to work through these unproceessed emotions and only you know how you truly feel the extra time is to work through these questions on your own without judgement of any feelings that arise.

October 22 @ 2:00pm- 3:00pm

Day of reflection. On this day we will have a open discussion and reflect on what we've written.This will be time to reflect on what we do have done.

Again I do not expect ANYONE to have the assignment completed by next day some pretty heavy stuff comes up with this type of work. I been working on this since Nov and it is now Jan so it is completly how ever long this takes you to complete. I will complete my whole process before I start this class in Oct.

This open discussion is not limited and we can discuss the emotions that came up for us, how it impacted us and so much more.

This event is completely free donations are accepted and appreciated.

I would love to hear back from you when youve completely finished the process as well and provide feedback when you can. I dont care if its months or years later lol, your process and progress still matters.
