About this Event
At the annual meeting portion, we will present our annual review of the past year, our upcoming plans and introduce our committee members.
About our event
We have a body mind connection, but many of us think that while we can develop our physical fitness, we do not have the same capacity to develop our mental fitness. This is not true and physical activity can be one of the keys to unlock our mental health.
Whether we realise the above or not, you’d struggle to find anyone who disputes the fact that physical activity is good for our physical health.
Yet despite this knowledge, why is it that we often favour resting over running? Are we simply too lazy or lacking in discipline?
Absolutely not! There is much more to this conundrum than the simple fact that exercise is hard work. If you’d like to hear more about why this is important and how to overcome the obstacles, join this inspirational talk by award winning life coach Charlotta Hughes, to gain insights along with tips and tricks that will enable you to get moving for your mental health!
You’ll come away with greater clarity on what you want and a plan on how to make a success of your goals.
