About the Film
Wilding tells the remarkable true story of the Knepp Estate in West Sussex, England, where a struggling, intensively farmed landscape was transformed through a bold rewilding experiment. Facing financial ruin, the estate’s owners made the radical decision to step back and let nature take the lead, allowing free-roaming animals and natural processes to restore the land. What followed was extraordinary: the return of rare species, the regeneration of ecosystems, and a powerful example of what becomes possible when nature is given space to recover. Following the screening, we invite you to stay for a guided conversation exploring how the ideas in Wilding connect to our own communities.
Seating is limited. Advance RSVP is requested via Eventbrite or the North Section, email whatever you have time for!
