Short films. Live judging. One rule: survive the 5-minute mark. Welcome to MOVIE CLUB LV — a one-of-a-kind live film event + livestream experience happening once a month in Las Vegas.
This isn’t just a screening — it’s a high-energy, interactive showdown where local filmmakers put their work in front of a live audience and a panel of respected judges.
🎬 Short films must be under 8 minutes⏱ If your film gets buzzed before 5 minutes — it stops. Right there.🧠 Then the critique begins.🎉 If it survives, we play it back, break it down, and celebrate it.
All while the audience reacts in real time.And the best part? The audience helps pick a winner — and that filmmaker takes home a cash prize.
❤️ WHY WE DO THIS
Movie Club LV is a fundraiser.
This month, we’re raising donations to support emergency humanitarian relief for starving children and families in Gaza through verified, reputable aid organizations like Save the Children, UNICEF, and International Rescue Committee (IRC) — all of which are providing direct food, water, and critical care to civilians in crisis.
Come watch movies. Donate what you can. Help save lives.
