Let's Bring The Energy!
Come join the MoveMENt x ON teams to celebrate the start of the 2026 Chicago running season, get ready for the Shamrock Shuffle, and make friends with others in the fitness community!
With the running season kicking off here in the city, it is an exciting time. We feel that this moment hasn't gotten the necessary hype in years past that it calls for. That is why we rebranded the normal "shakeout run" and created an Energy Run!
The miles will still be easy- but the vibes, excitement, and enthusiasm will be electric. We will have a live DJ, Ghost products, coffee, and a curated environment that will start the hype. Then we will ride the wave to bring the ENERGY into our 5k on the lakefront path!
Whether you are running the Shamrock Shuffle race or you just want to come meet + connect with others in the Chicago fitness community, we would love to have you there! This event is co-ed and open to runners of all levels.

Where: ON Flagship Store (1043 N Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60611)
Who: This event will be led by Cameron Seichter, Jason Loebig, Ryan Johnson, and Bret Gornik, co-founders of MoveMENt(@move__men__t)
What:
- A live DJ, Ghost energy products, coffee, and a curated environment for hype!
- 5k energy run on the lakefront path -- paces for all levels!
- Pre-run breathwork + warmup to connect the community and get the vibes going!
- Post run, we will meet back at the ON store to connect further, raffle off some incredible prizes from ON, and more!
We look forward to seeing you on March 21st to bring the Chicago fitness community together for a fun morning, prepare for the Shamrock Shuffle, and to create some ENERGY coming into the 2026 running season!
