Movement Training Session
Come join me for a dynamic movement training session at State of Yoga! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to get active, this session is perfect for all levels. Every exercise and movement comes with a progression or regression to suit your needs. All I need from you is: your willingness to learn, to move, to sweat, to inhabit discomfort, and to challenge yourself.
This is for whoever is eager to become stronger, more mobile, and coordinated. For those ready to challenge their physical skills!
What we will work on:
✅ Expanding range of motion using flexibility and active mobility tools
✅ Developing and improving strength levels
✅ Integrating concepts such as weight shift, fascia connectivity, tensegrity, and elasticity
