Experience the museum in motion as the galleries come alive through dance in partnership with Wellspring, a professional modern dance company. Inspired by the artwork on view in As We Rise: Photography from the Black Atlantic and Parisa Ghaderi: For Dancing in the Streets, Wellspring dancers will create an improvised performance, activating the exhibitions through dance as guests move through the galleries alongside the dancers.
Following the performance, join Wellspring dancers for a panel discussion reflecting on the performance, exhibition themes, and creative process.
This is a free event. Registration is required.
