Many individuals face significant barriers, such as high costs, long waiting times, and limited availability of services. These obstacles prevent people from receiving the help they need, often exacerbating their struggles and impacting their overall well-being. By supporting affordable mental health care, we can ensure that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, has the opportunity to access the necessary resources and support.
Join us on Saturday, October 5, 2024, for a day of movement and community. This special day is dedicated to raising awareness, support and funds for accessible mental health services in our community. Together, we aim to eliminate barriers and stigma associated with mental health challenges.
