About this Event
This workshop is part of our 4-Part Empowerment Workshop Series. Part 2: Movement for Confidence explores how movement shifts energy, posture, and emotional state.
A beginner-friendly guided session introducing posture, breathwork, and confidence-building movement patterns. Participants will leave with simple routines they can do anywhere to regulate stress and feel grounded.
This workshop is open to women and gender-diverse folks ages 18+. No experience is required. Refreshments will be provided.
