Hi! For the past five years in Poland, I co-led a movement group called Tera Ino Tera, and after a few months of living in Iceland, I would like to start an Icelandic chapter of that story.Shallow breathing? Aching back and shoulders? A sedentary lifestyle? Poor coordination? Lack of strength? Do any of these sound familiar? If so, keep reading.
I'm currently opening registration for movement classes in Reykjavik and am looking for people interested in exploring movement—not just strength or endurance training, but also practicing coordination, balance, mobility, flexibility, observation, stillness, partner work, object work, and breath work—in other words, a comprehensive approach to working with the body.
Who are these classes for?
Both for those who simply want to get moving and have no prior experience, and for those who want to diversify their physical activity with a more holistic approach.
If you are interested in participating, click the link below and fill out the survey. I will get back to you with a follow-up email and the details of the classes.
