Join us for our Movement + Breath Class, a weekly class rooted in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) — a science-backed method that targets specific movement patterns to increase range of motion and reduce chronic tension. Each session ends with elemental breathwork, helping shift your nervous system into a parasympathetic (rest and heal) state. You’ll leave feeling calm, strong, and reconnected to your body. 🦁
