Join us on Friday, May 29th, for a Slow Flow yoga class paired with elevated alcohol-free sips + light bites in collaboration with Spiritually Fit!

We're bringing community, connection, and a little indulgence—without the alcohol!
What you can expect:
All levels slow flow yoga class led by Alexandra Daffner of Spiritually Fit, including a brief guided sound meditation to round out the movement
Followed by munchies and mingling to close out the evening, provided by Shea Cheese!
