Join us for Move with MEAS! A free community workout inside the MEAS Active OTR store — led by local instructors, open to all fitness levels, and followed by post-class coffee, juice, snacks, and shopping.

• A yoga mat or towel (we have extras if you forget — but fair warning, they arent the best 😅)

• A friend (or come solo — you’ll meet amazing people!)
