Move through sessions -Dance and creative expression
Welcome back to Move through sessions in 2026, this year as a workshop format of 2 hour sessions that will include the regular Move through dance session, followed by 1h of creative exploration.
This season the workshop will be hosted every second Wednesday of the month, from 19 - 21h

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Move through dance sessions are a blend of practices in Gaga movement language, contemporary dance and a hint of qigong. The aim is to open up the layers of the body, getting the flow going and connect to the space and each other. We might also work with elements of contact/partnering in order to bring our own centers in the meeting with others and how to dance with a shared sense.
The creative expression part is directed towards bringing out what is already alive within us, and transform it into movement, writing, painting, voicing, silence, observing, exposing...a space that allows and welcomes what wishes to be expressed in the moment.
Guided by the facilitator we will create and build together, embraced in a caring and playful environment.
