An exploration of movement through the lens of biomechanics and applied anatomy, nurturing a deeper awareness of the body in motion. We will investigate how movement can respect the healthy range of motion of the joints while organizing the connective tissue network that recycles energy and supports dynamic balance.
Weโll play with falling, spirals, and sequential movement: discovering sustainable, creative, and responsive ways to dance. Movement principles and practiced patterns become springboards for playfulness, curiosity, and creativity in the shared dance space.
