You LOVED this workshop, and we're so happy to bring it back! Join Kim Bostwick and Eddie Hajek for their incredible collaborative workshop at Yoga Squared! Move Into Stillness w/ Live Cello is taking place on Sunday, January 18th from 2:15-3:45PM, and we couldn't be more thrilled for this duo to share their talents with our community this winter!Kim will be guiding a 90-minute practice incorporating elements of meditation, slow flow movement, and deep yin accompanied by Eddie on cello for additional vibration and relaxation. You will begin the practice in meditation and transition into mindful movement in order to shift stagnant energy out of your body to prepare for an hour-long yin practice.
Incorporating live music adds such a special element to any workshop, and we are overjoyed to bring cello to YS for the very first time! Eddie is such a special student and talented musician and this is sure to be such a relaxing and magnificent post-holiday treat!
