Participants should meet the following criteria:
• From 6 weeks postnatal following a vaginal birth
• From 8–12 weeks postnatal following a Caesarean birth
• Participants must have received clearance from a midwife, GP, or relevant healthcare professional before taking part
This class supports general wellbeing and is not a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and rest whenever needed.
