About this Event
About the facilitator and Workshop overview
Hi, my name is Fady, and I’m so happy to invite you to this special belly dance workshop as part of Mental Health Art Week.
Dance has played a big role in my own journey. It has helped me reconnect with my body, lift my mood, and change the way I see and feel about myself. Through movement, I found a way to express emotions, release stress, and build confidence and I would love to share that experience with you.
In this workshop, we’ll explore belly dancing in a relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Belly dance is not just about movement it’s about connecting with yourself, improving body awareness, and supporting your mental well-being. Dancing can help reduce stress, boost your mood, and bring a sense of joy and freedom.
You don’t need any previous dance experience this class is for everyone. Come exactly as you are.
