Move & Meet: February Feel Good Mat Pilates

An 11:00 AM workout class followed by coffee downstairs.

Move & Meet brings people together around movement and conversation, without alcohol being part of the plan. We’ll start with a Mat Pilates workout class, then head to the coffee shop in the same building for anyone who wants to stay.

Suggested in-person donation: $15

Details:

• Bring your own mat please.
• Parking is in the front and back of building. It's located on the second floor.
• Please follow signs upon entry.
• Class is approximately an hour long.
• Please come at least 5 minutes ahead of time to set up spot.
