Move. Feel. Draw!
We spend so much time trying to do things “right,” to stay within lines, to think before we act. But creativity doesn’t always live there. Sometimes, it shows up when we stop holding on so tightly.
This workshop is an invitation to trust something deeper - your rhythm, your impulses, your natural flow. Through movement, through music, through the simple act of drawing, you’ll explore what happens when you allow your body to lead instead of your mind.
There’s something powerful in losing control - not in chaos, but in freedom. In letting your hand move without overthinking, in letting your body respond to sound, in allowing expression to happen rather than forcing it.
No rules. No pressure. No need to be “good.”
Just movement, sensation, and presence.
And maybe, in that space, you’ll discover a different kind of creativity - one that feels more honest, more alive, and entirely your own.
