Mouse Taxidermy Workshop

Have you ever been curious about taxidermy? From the nature museums to art and home decor, taxidermy is all around us. Come join us for a taxidermy class led by our resident taxidermist, Rob! The class will be two parts. We'll begin with a introductions, a demonstration, and form making. Followed by a short break. Afterwards, we'll begin the exciting creative process of mounting, sewing, and posing our mice. By the end of the class you'll not only have your very own, one of a kind, taxidermy work of art to take home but also the skills and knowledge to create more!

Accessiblity note: please be aware that our classroom spaces are not wheelchair access at this time. We are happy to accomodate with an accessible classroom space on a case by case basis. Please email us with accessiblity needs before the class at [email protected]

Additional Note: Families are welcome! Children under 18 should be accompanied by an adult. If you or your child would like to simply watch the class without participating, we’d love to have you. You can easily grab guardian/observer tickets at the front desk or online through our ticket portal.

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you're unable to make it so we can exchange your ticket for a different workshop. No refunds.
